The Stables Cottage is comprised of two bedrooms: a double upstairs and two single beds downstairs. It has a separate small cosy lounge that opens onto a spacious open plan kitchen/diner. It has a bathroom with both a shower and bath and an outside seating area to catch the Cornish rays with a glass of wine.

This collection of 17th century stone, semi-detached barn conversions, sit in a secluded spot, just yards away from the South West Coastal Path and the picturesque Millendreath Beach, which is close to Looe on Cornwall’s beautiful south coast.

Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Towel hire, £5 per person. Welcome pack. Utility room with 2 coin-operated washing machines, 2 coin-operated tumble dryers and freezer (shared with other properties on-site). Courtyard with patio, sitting-out area and garden furniture. Landscaped grounds with children’s play area (shared with other cottages on-site). The coastal path passes close to the property and provides beautiful walks and views along the dramatic coastline. Each property has an allocated parking space, plus there is parking for a further 3 cars if needed. The local shop is a 5min drive and a beachside cafe/restaurant is just 15 min walk away.

Maximum of 2 dogs per cottage welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Please keeps dogs off furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. 10am checkout.
The local area
Millendreath has a licenced café providing local ales and home-cooked food right on the sand. Just a mile away is another beach at Seaton, with a local pub and beach bar – another great day out for families and couples alike. The resort of Looe is home to famous fish markets which are supplied daily with fresh fish from the day boats that leave the quaint working harbour. Polperro is a quaint, historic fishing village, just a short distance away from the coast. There are numerous cycle routes around the area and many surfing spots along the coast. Various tourist attractions are nearby, including many National Trust houses and gardens along with golf courses to visit. The Adrenalin Quarry is a must for the adventurous and it is only a short drive away. The Eden Project is also within easy driving distance and it provides an exceptional day out, as does Padstow, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Fowey, a picturesque seafaring town providing sailing, kayaking and pleasure trips along the River Fowey. Deep sea fishing and other water sports can all be enjoyed in Looe, along with woodland and coastal walks nearby. To the east of the town is the historic city of Plymouth, with its National Marine Aquarium, theatres, cinemas, bowling and shopping. Cycling, horse riding, golf and go-karting are all nearby.
