Summercourt Cottages is a cluster of x6 Cottages outside of Looe on the Cornish south coast. Just 5mins walk from the beach the properties back onto the Cornwall Coast Path. The traditional Cornish Cottage properties are practical, well furnished self catering cottages that are constantly being modernised by the owners. There is a playground on site with swings, slide and a trampoline, allowing parents to let the kids go and play safely without having to worry. Some of the properties also overlook the playground area. There’s food and drink within walking distance and beautiful Cornish fishing villages nearby. The Summercourt site is quiet and rural but VERY close to the coastal path. Summercourt offers x6 FREE paddle boards for guests to use. There are also a selection of bikes and e-bikes available for hire. 

Owner and manager Dennis is also a full qualified water-sports instructor and is on hand to deliver E-Foil lessons, which is an incredible experience that you won’t forget. There’s also SUP and kayak group trips available from Looe. There is also a host of Things to do including Adrenaline quarry which offers Go-Karting, Axe Throwing, Inflatable Water Park, Zip-lining, Coasteering and more. The Historical city of Plymouth is within driving distance and has the UK’s largest Aquarium available to visit. The Eden Project is also well worth a visit and also has a zip line. There are a host of other beautiful Cornish spots to visit – please do feel free to ask us for recommendations.

Summercourt Cottages is a fantastic base camp to explore Cornwall including Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Padstow and Mevagissey. Alternatively it is the ideal place to settle in for a week, relax and soak up the Cornish coastline’s beauty and tranquility. Switch off, take a break, get away and generally down tools.
